So here I am at the age of 30, opening a blog, probably a decade or so after it became common on the internet.

Looking back, I don’t think I have ever written something, that wasn’t a guide or a review for something, since high school. I’ve never studied anything major since then and I simply picked up knowledge as I went along. For some reason, the thought of studying for years and years after my military service didn’t appeal to me, even though almost everyone I knew did so.

As a result, I feel like I’ve missed something. Like a way of managing thoughts in my mind and expressing them on paper. It was very easy for me to chalk it off to my tiny attention span, but in the end, I could have tried harder.

Recently, I felt that it needs to change. I wanted to put my thoughts into something others can read, enjoy, and hopefully provide feedback. While I don’t intend of pushing my blog everywhere, it would be nice if someone read it.

What do I have to write on?

I’m not sure.

At the moment, I have a lot to say about video games, so I will probably write a lot about that. I have been playing video games since I was able to hold a NES controller. While this was my first brush with games, I was mainly a PC gamer since then. Once I was able to pay my own bills, it was fairly easy to get back into consoles, although getting used to a controller again took some time. 🙂

So yes, expect this, expect other random things, expect me.
